Working with thousands of clients on a yearly basis our staff provide a personalised service helping individuals with career advice, a career change, career counselling and the next step in your career.
Step One – Place your Order Online for your Career Consulting and Career Coaching session.
Step Two – Once you have ordered your Career Consulting and Career Coaching session our team will be in contact with you via phone/email to find out more information about you and organise your consult.
Step Three – Prior to your consult, you will complete an initial assessment to assess your interests, motivations, work values and personality so we are able to identify the careers, industries and work environment that suit your strengths. The results will be discussed in your consult.
Step Four – Once you have taken the career assessment, your Career Consultant will review and prepare detailed information ready for you to discuss during your session. During your consult we have a four step process that focuses on your strengths with Goal Setting, Exploring options, Discovering careers and creating an Action Plan. Your Career Consultation is conducted for one hour either Face to Face, over the Phone or via Skype.
Career Consulting and Career Coaching Sessions may include:
- Discuss and assess your current position
- Identify your career goals, key strengths and transferable skills
- Explore your career options and recieve help identifying the careers that suit you best.
- Learn about your course options for study if applicable.
- Advice on any careers and courses you are considering.
- Discuss the stages of career change and common obstacles.
- Develop an action plan to help you on your path to the career you want.
Step Five– After your Career Consulting and Coaching session you will receive feedback and a detailed report based on your personality, values, strengths, future careers and a summary of the consult.

This session is aimed to help kickstart and gain a clear idea on the work tasks, work environments and careers that would be considered your best fit based on your personality, interests and values. The aim of these sessions is for you to gain greater clarity and confidence about the work you are meant to do. We shortlist careers that are aligned to your personality, values, interests and strengths plus an action plan that will give you the steps to take next.
